once in a while i still venture to this blog...ya man....like entering some dark alley like tht...den i hav to stop myself from tagging cus no matter how nice i try to sound...ppl will probably twist it n like hordes of ppl will be on my back...oh wells...blame it on my bad communication skills...i was reading thru rev phil pringle's leadership files volume 1...n i tot tht there was another good lesson for everyone to learn...

Put yourself in other people's shoes.
What's it like dealing with you?
Would you come back?
Would you enjoy being the other people in your world?
Would i go to church? Why?
Would i buy my product? Why?
Would i read my book? Why?
Would i enjoy being my wife, my kids, my friend? Why?
Or why not?

Self evalutation...i tink its realli important...can u imagine...u in a situation...u tink ur all tht great..u tink ur right...u tink tht a person owes u too much to offend u...it could be the other way round...it could be u n ur arrogence...only if u take a step back...ask urself these questions...consider opinions of ppl not in the 'i will support u regardless circle'....calm down...be as dipolmatic n not biased to urself as possible....den u will realli find answers...remember....life is 3D...ur perspective is not the only angle to look at things....
